Biblical Traits of Modern Day Saints
In November we celebrate All Saints Sunday and sometimes we talk about famous saints in history – like St. Francis of Assisi and St. Peter.  But what about Modern Day Saints?  Who are the people that we know now or people we’ve learned about in our history books who personify the biblical characteristics of sainthood?  We’re talking about biblical traits like justice, deliverance, prophecy, and faith.  Who comes to mind as a Modern Day Saint?  Join us this June as we look at folks like Harriet Tubman and Malala Yousafzai, Martin Luther King, Jr. , Bryan Stevenson, Mother Teresa and Fanny Crosby.  We’ll dig deep to uncover their God-given traits and understand how they continue the tradition of the biblical saints.
