The Spring of 2019 brought the desire to get outdoors and experience the glories of our privilege of living in such a beautiful part of God’s world… Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches.  The Dog Dayz of Summer proved to be just that – hot and tiring.
So with cooler days and fall fast approaching why not come biking with us?
Epworth is blessed to be located along the Junction Breakwater Trail – part of the Delaware State Parks system. The trail runs from Rehoboth Beach to Lewes. And, most recently, along the old freight train tracks past Lewes and out toward Georgetown.
Many of us have recently noticed our need to be more active (code words for getting in better shape). With all the bar-b-ques and picnics this summer we may have noticed that we have put on a few extra pounds (code words for getting fat). Others just want to maintain their fine figures (not going there with code words). So, our Biking Group is headed back out on the trail.
Rev Todd is helping to organize the group. We will schedule a regular “ride time” to meet at the church and get an e-mail group created so we can post additional ride times and weather related postponements.
So, send Rev Todd an e-mail or call him (302-227-7743 x105) to let him know about your interest in joining the Biking Group.
