LENT through EASTER @Epworth 2018

Lent, Holy Week and Easter are the most holy of days in the Christian church. While Christmas celebrates the birth of Christ, without the triumphal Easter morning experience of Jesus rising from the dead, Jesus’ life would have meant nothing more than the life of a Prophet.
We celebrate the Risen Lord throughout our church year, but remembering his Easter journey is one of the ways we remind ourselves that we are the hands and feet of Jesus and that we need to live our lives in service to each other.
