Epworth KIOSKs

Through our financial vendor we also now have a Giving Kiosk in our Narthex. The Giving Kiosk allows you to make credit card donations when you are at the church should you not have your check book handy. Scroll down to read more about the Giving Kiosk. Epworth has an electronic Giving Kiosk in the Narthex.

And, what’s a Giving Kiosk? It’s a card reader that enables electronic giving:

Those who choose to use the kiosks will be able to swipe a credit or debit card and make a donation right in the Narthex – no need to write a check or stop by an ATM for some cash to insert into an envelope.

The Giving Kiosks are just one more way Epworth is working to make it convenient for its contributors to support its mission:

So many people no longer carry cash or a checkbook, relying instead on their cards. (And even their phones – but, we’re not quite there, yet!)

Using the kiosks is entirely up to you:

Epworth is happy to receive cash, checks or electronic funds. We are not losing any options by having the kiosks; we are just gaining another one.

Text to Give

Through our financial vendor, Servant Keeper, we can now accept donations via a text from a cell phone. Simply sent a text to 302-488-0038 and include only a dollar amount in the message…. such as $25.00. You will receive a message back to go to our dedicated secure website to provide a credit card, click on that link. You may “one time give” or create an account for future giving via that credit card. Once you submit your offering an acknowledgement message will be sent to you. If you created an account and would like to give in the future, simply send a dollar amount in the message and it will be charged to the previously assigned credit card and you will receive an acknowledgement message. Your donations will show on your annual statement.
